This day event gives you the opportunity to take a step away from the ‘everyday’ and a step into an atmosphere that will enable you to really focus on being present and experience the day to its fullest!

This exclusive event will help provide a sense of grounding, clarity in your thinking and insight, as well as simple tools that you can put into action straight away. These tools will help shift your mindset in order to move forward from where you are, to where you want to be.

Do you feel ‘stuck’, lacking motivation or direction? This event will really nourish you, and your mindset, providing you with a fresh perspective and the confidence to take action and reveal a reNewed You.


What to Expect:

Your values are the key to living with joy and intention. We will guide you through an exercise that will help you discover your values and how to use these in your everyday life.

You will hear from Charlotte Franks; learning her story and experiences with the topics we are exploring, before looking at limiting beliefs. You will discover what limiting beliefs are and how you can learn to move forward from these thoughts with confidence.

The final focus for the day will be looking at your ‘why’ and intention setting; using all that you have learned to set small actions that you can take away and feel empowered to implement. These small actions will help you make the changes you need to move forward from where you are, to where you want to be.
